Refund and Cancellation Policy
At HINDINAMA, we value every customer and appreciate your trust in our products. While we understand your sentiment, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions, as outlined below.
No Return / No Refund Policy
HINDINAMA does not offer returns or refunds for any reason except in rare cases where an exchange is approved (such as wrong or defective items).
Refunds cannot be processed under our policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellation only within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Product)
We offer an exchange only if the product you received is damaged on arrival.
To qualify for an exchange, the customer must provide a clear and complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
This video is mandatory and must clearly show:
- The unopened package
- The full unboxing process
- The damaged product upon opening
Without an unboxing video, we cannot process an exchange.
Important Points:
- Exchanges are accepted only for damaged products.
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
